Fear not, I will tell you “fake but how!”
1 Frozen Banana
5 Ice Cubes
1 Tablespoon of Cocoa Powder
1 Cup of Almond Milk
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
…and Some Protein Powder if you’re into that kind of thing.
Throw it all in the blender and…blend until…blended.
And, voilà! You have yourself a delicious and healthy fake chocolate milkshake (no milk involved) and only about 200 calories.
